You have a Query branch with your Google tasks. And you need to add a new tasks, but you would like to add them to a list that is not already in the Query branch. You can add needed list with the Add task list... command in the Query topic icon context menu:

where you select the needed task list and click the Add to Query button.

Now you can see this list in the Query branch.
